ACLAIM Africa Limited is a leadership and management consulting firm incorporated as a limited liability company in 1995. Our vision is to see “Thriving Organisations.” Which organisations? Those which address the deeply felt societal needs relating to health, livelihoods, and the environment we live in. In our view, a thriving organization is one that is continuously growing its capabilities to successfully meet stakeholders’ expectations. It should be able to accomplish this even in an unpredictable and frequently changing environment and to sustain this performance over a long period of time.
Our mandate is: “to address the leadership and management challenges in Africa through consulting, training and outsourcing.”
For about three decades, ACLAIM has deeply sought to understand the leadership and management challenges faced by organisations – both for profit and not-for-profit – and to carefully guide them along the path to the desired end.
