Winnie brings an infectious passion and commitment to transforming her clients’ financial management systems, with a focus on empowering organizations to thrive. Her meticulous attention to detail is instrumental in establishing and strengthening these systems, contributing to sustainable growth and operational efficiency across her client base. A highly skilled and steadfast consultant, Winnie is also an active leader in Rotary, embodying the principle of “Service Above Self” in both her professional and community roles.

Winnie holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of East London-UK, is a Bachelors of Science in Applied Accounting (Hons) holder, and is a finalist of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Currently serving as Senior Consultant & Finance Lead of the EYDCD Program at ACLAIM Africa Limited. She has served as Consultant & Capability Leader – Organisational Effectiveness and Senior Analyst – Finance Capability. Winnie has also served as an Internal Auditor, Financial Consultant, andFinance for Non-Finance Managers Trainer. She has developed financial manuals, cleaned-up accounts for audit, carried out institutional health checks, developed financing strategy, conducted financial capacity assessments, procurement bid evaluations, and trainings in QuickBooks accounting software. She has in the past worked in SMART Consult (U) Limited and Victoria Equipment Limited.

Winnie loves adventuring, traveling and seeing new places and meeting new people. Being passionate about music, she plays the violin and really enjoys a good hearty laughter.
