Vanessa is a focused, highly creative, and charismatic professional dedicated to lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement. She is passionate about collaborating with others to address leadership and management challenges within organizations, bringing fresh insights and committed expertise to her work.

Vanessa is a holder of a Bachelors in International Business honors degree and in the process of completing her Masters of Business Administration.

Currently, Vanessa is a Senior Analyst-2 and Capability Leader – Organisational Effectiveness capability at ACLAIM Africa Limited, having grown through the levels from internship. Vanessa has served as a Board Secretary on ACLAIM’s innovative Rent-A Board imitative, helped organizations develop business plans, aided the recruitment of staff that align to organizational values, carried out organisational capacity assessments, conducted business health checks, supported the development of various governance policies, developed financing strategies, facilitated payroll management, coordinated staff performance management system, and coordinated learning processes, among others.  She served in Administration at Watoto Church after her internship at the Central Bank of Uganda.

The Maldives Islands are the one place Vanessa would love to visit. Their breath-taking beauty, serenity and tranquility are what she finds most captivating.
