Norah is a life-long learner that is passionate about applying her knowledge and skills to enhance effective organizational human resources management in the modern era.

Norah is a holder of Bachelors of Industrial and Organizational Psychology of Makerere University Kampala, second class upper division with honors and she also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of East London.

She is currently an Analyst in the Human Resource Capability at ACLAIM Africa Limited.

Currently, Norah serves as Analyst -2 Human Resource, at ACLAIM Africa Limited, having served as an intern in the same area. She has extensive experience in conducting recruitment, HR planning, job analysis, job grading, structure review, development and review of HR policies, payroll management, HR reviews and audits, outsourced HR management, organisational capacity assessments.
