Bachelors of Human Rights and Ethics

Lynn is a highly motivated professional that proactively delivers engagements with high agility and adaptability. She is passionate about and has a knack for building professional relationships with teammates and clients alike to provide an amiable environment for effective change management.

She is a holder of a Bachelor’s of Human Rights and Ethics from Makerere University.

Currently, Lynn serves as Analyst -2 Human Resource, at ACLAIM Africa Limited, having served as an intern in the same area. She has extensive experience in conducting recruitment, HR planning, job analysis, job grading, structure review, development and review of HR policies, payroll management,  HR reviews and audits, outsourced HR management, organisational capacity assessments. Lynn has in the past served as Project Assistant and in the human resource and admin functions of Peer to Peer Uganda and UNYPA.

Lynn loves cooking, traveling, reading and listening to music. Adjectives that would best describe her are empathetic, personable and trustworthy.
