Lynn is a highly driven, organized and analytical professional who is passionate about comprehending complexities pertaining to individuals and the continuous discovery of how their inter-dependencies enable them work together for organisational success.

Lynn is a graduate of Makerere University Kampala with Bachelors on Industrial and Organizational Psychology second class upper division with honors. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Uganda Christian University.

Lynn is currently a Senior Analyst-2 & Capability Leader in the Human Resource Capability at ACLAIM Africa Limited. She has extensive experience in conducting recruitment, HR planning, job analysis, job grading, structure review, change management, development and review of HR policies, payroll management, performance management, capacity development, HR reviews and audits, outsourced HR management, and Management Development Programmes. Before ACLAIM, Lynn served in Quad-A Records, Lamen Ways Limited, Amazon Wide Investments, Gleamz Beauty Lounge, Uganda Wildlife Authority in their Human Resource departments.

Lynn loves cooking, dancing, hanging out with friends and bicycle riding. An animal that would best describe her is a dove; because of its peaceful nature.
