Judith is the Managing Director at ACLAIM Africa Limited. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in driving strategic growth, financial excellence, and organizational transformation across finance, banking, consulting, and infrastructure sectors in East Africa. She is a Member of ICPAU and ACCA respectively; a Transformational Coach and holds an MBA Strategic Management from USIU Africa.

She previously worked at H.P.Gauff Ingenieure, Gauff Consultants Uganda Limited (2022-2025), as Head, Finance and Strategy managing a portfolio of projects in the infrastructure and water sectors amounting to USD 15m. with an annual organisational budget of USD 2.8m.

Providing oversight and verification of infrastructure and energy-related projects. and reviewing procurement systems, contract compliance, and cost structures, she most notably was successful in turning around the USD 14m-Tilenga Water project currently the main water supply in Bulisa in the Albertine region.

She also worked with Pax Mondial Kenya (2013-2015) on the Turkana Oil exploration in the provision of Camp services as a Risk Management Consultant mainly charged with cost control frameworks across all construction and camp service projects.

As a Financial Consultant and Coach, B-Lab Africa (2021) Judith Conducted detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of company submissions, supporting documents and operational practices for Women in Business SMEs drawn from select counties in Kenya including Machakos, Muranga, Mombasa and Kisumu as well as evaluated social and environmental performance for accuracy, completeness and alignment with certification requirements.

In her earlier career, she worked for Stanbic Bank Uganda (2003-2010) and Barclays Bank Kenya (2017) as Manager Commercial Banking and Debt Analyst respectively where she oversaw a client portfolio of over 80 SMEs and successfully structured and arranged commercial banking debt transactions between USD 200,000 and USD 1.5m.; and also supported structuring for syndicated transactions up to USD 300m.

Her combined experience in finance, infrastructure oversight, banking, and SME development position well to ensure the integrity, transparency, effectiveness and the overall quality assurance in ACLAIM’s engagement delivery.
