Caroline is passionately committed to building sustainable organizations by transforming their systems—particularly financial management—from minimal records to fully robust frameworks. She thrives on challenges, exhibits exceptional multitasking skills, and possesses a rare attention to detail. Calm and composed, Caroline is also an ambitious go-getter dedicated to achieving impactful results.

Caroline is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, a Bachelors of Commerce Degree (Hons) holder, and a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Administration (PODITRA).

Currently serving as Consultant & Capability Leader-Finance and Finance Manager of ACLAIM Africa Limited, Caroline has carried out several engagements across several sectors and geographical jurisdictions ranging from outsourced financial management, financial management trainings, Quickbooks training, internal audits, comprehensive price reviews, finance system establishments, finance manual review/development, investments,  and organizational capacity assessments. She has also worked with SMART Consult (U) Limited and Uganda Revenue Authority.

Caroline is passionate about dancing, music and loves traveling.
