Africa, such a well-resourced continent! The oil in Nigeria, South Sudan, Angola. The diverse minerals in Congo! The dual rainfall seasons in Uganda! The fertile soils in Malawi! The magnificent sceneries all the way from Senegal to Zanzibar! Some of the smartest brains in the world! All these attest to precursors of wealth. Yet, ironically, Africa is alleged to be the poorest continent in the world. Our proposition at ACLAIM Africa Limited is that Africa’s potential remains concealed at individual, organizational and national levels, largely, due to Leadership and Management challenges.

Since the establishment of the firm in 1995, ACLAIM consultants have assembled often in the ACLAIM Th!nk-Tank and researched, debated and developed and squashed and redeveloped models. In the ACLAIM Academy, they have learned, unlearned and relearned different unconventional ways of Consulting, Training and Outsourcing. This, done passionately, with the firm hope of seeing our clients Thrive by addressing the Leadership and Management challenges they face.

As a result, organisations have been born in ACLAIM, incubated and – in good time – let to fly, only to become leaders in their respective sectors of operation. Our consultants have thoughtfully helped governing bodies to provide oversight, insight and foresight to the entities they lead. Organisations, not-for-profits and businesses alike, have been guided with our simple, though effective tools, to improve their business processes and reduce/eliminate unnecessary wastage of resources. Clients manage risks better, having been supported in the development of effective risk management frameworks. Many have completely given up the headaches of managing their finances or their staff by fully outsourcing these functions to ACLAIM.

Over about 3 decades, 31 countries, 6 continents and 1,000s of organisations later, while our relevance has been validated by results, we – at ACLAIM – are even more committed to partnering with our clients and other like-minded organisations and individuals, to address the Leadership and Management challenges in Africa.
