ACLAIM Leadership Transition 2026

The Board of Directors of ACLAIM Africa Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Judith Tindyebwa Kamurasi as the new Managing Director, effective January 12th, 2026. 

Judith brings over 20 years of leadership experience in driving strategic growth, financial excellence, and organizational transformation across the banking, consulting, and infrastructure sectors in East Africa. She joins ACLAIM Africa from Gauff Consultants (U) Ltd, where she served as Head of Finance and Strategy, spearheading high-impact performance across key sectors, including water and road infrastructure. 

She is a Member of ICPAU and ACCA respectively; a Transformational Coach and holds an MBA -Strategic Management from USIU Africa. 

As ACLAIM Africa continues to strengthen its market position and deepen its impact across the region, Judith’s proven track record in strategy execution, business turnaround, and building high-performing teams will be pivotal to the organization’s next phase of innovation and sustainable growth delivery to our clients. 

We are confident that Judith’s vision and proven track record in driving performance and innovation make her the ideal leader to steer ACLAIM Africa into our next phase of growth. Her leadership will further strengthen our partnerships and enhance the impact of our work across the region. 

This appointment follows the planned and successful conclusion of Alfred Brian Agaba’s tenure as Managing Director. We sincerely thank him for his service.
