She is a graduate of University of Buckingham (International Business School in Budapest) in Human Resource Management and Business Psychology.
Charlene currently serves as Analyst I at ACLAIM Africa Limited where she provides Capability support and implements ACLAIM visibility initiatives. She commenced her career as an Administrative Assistant at Amazon Wide Investments and LAMEN Ways before volunteering at Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) in the Human Resource Unit, where she contributed to the improvement of human resources management processes.
Charlene finds joy in artistic expressions and delights in exploring new destinations and experimenting with her culinary skills. An animal that would best describe her is a horse as it embodies strength, power, grace, and beauty.
