ATACAMA Consulting receives Finance Training…
Staff of Atacama Consulting were treated to a 3 day Finance for Non-Finance Managers’ Training hosted at ACLAIM House in Ntinda.
Key messages in the training were: Everyone in the organisation is responsible for Financial Management; Risk is a threat or opportunity that organisations should map out and manage; In an organisation, a budget tells your money where to go, lest you wonder where it went; and Effective financial accountability is timely, accurate, complete and consistent .
